Group Projects

Oh the joys of group projects.

I'm taking a Tech 2323 course that's in the business core this semester and the final exam is a group project.
I got put into the "special" group with the teacher's unofficial student assistant.
The group consists the student assistant, myself (the marketing person, Douglas (our graduate accounting mastermind, Dylan (financing) and added later Shawn (the charts guy)
We've hit crunch time for the project.
We've got all the numbers and charts done by Shawn, Dylan and Douglas.
Now it's just got to be put together.
That's my job and the TA.
It's getting a little frustratining as the people who have done their work are "like no, man, we're good" "the project's excellent"
Yeah. it's pretty unfinished. Totes not awesome.
Anyway. Why did I tell you all this?

So I can give some tips to how to avoid group conflicts.

1. Step back from the situation. Look at what's happening. Find a solution.
2. If it's bad enough that it will effect the work of the project, tell you professor. your grade is at stake.
3. TALK it out with the person. confrontation has a fifty fifty chance of doing some good.
