Wayne Brady to perform at UT Tyler Cowan Center

People say laughter is good for the soul. Audiences love nothing more than being entertained by comedy. Action and romance may be interesting, but a good joke makes everything better! This is why The University of Texas at Tyler's Cowan Center will host Wayne Brady, comedian/actor.

Brady will perform Friday, May 2nd at 7 p.m. at the Cowan Center. Tickets to see Brady have been on sale since March 17th. Tickets can be purchased at the Cowan Center box office by going online or by calling 903-566-7424. The box office is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Ticket prices are $62, $52, $47, and $37. The closer you are to the stage the more it will cost, but I would say that you would want to get a close up of this comic genius!

Brady is famous from his skits in Whose Line is it Anyway? A show combining singing, dancing and comedy with improvisational performances. He also hosted his own show called The Wayne Brady Show. Both roles in TV has caused him to win Emmy Awards for both shows. He has starred in movie roles such as Crossover. He has also guest starred in How I Met Your Mother, Everybody Hates Chris, Dave Chappelle Show. All of these roles have added a great set of skills for Brady to be able to create a great performance!
