I personally live at the Reserve. It is a great place to live in Tyler if you are going to the University. It was built about a year and a half ago and comes fully furnished (even with a 40-inch flat screen in the living area).
You can choose from a 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and 4 bedroom option. They will even assign you roommates if you do not have any preference. Comes with a pool and hot tub, workout room, computer lab, and small movie theater. It is about a 1/4 of a mile from the campus.
