The Financial Aid, Admissions, Cashier, and Registrar offices are all currently experiencing high call volume. If the representatives from the offices are busy the calls are rolling over to a call center. The best way to contact one of these departments is by going to http://www.uttyler.edu/helpme/ and filling out the form with your student information. Another way to get to this form is by going to the main UT Tyler web page at http://www.uttyler.edu/ and scroll down to the bottom. On the right there will be a box that says "Help Me". You will need to select that box to get to the page. This is the best way to get your questions answered.
