First Thanksgiving (Away)

This year marks the first time I'll be spending Thanksgiving away from home and family. Unfortunately the hotel industry is wide open for business on the holidays, and unless I feel like walking out stating whatever (which I don't), I will be here in Tyler a week from today. Fortunately, my roommates will be in town along with a few other of our friends. More fortunately we all cook and enjoy drinking in groups. Potluck Thanksgiving sounds like a fine substitution for quality time with the fam.

The pilgrims would have had turducken and wine, right?
