UT Tyler twilight tours are back!

Summer allows for prospective students to have free time to visit the university! Tours are available throughout the year during day. Some can't make the tours in the day so that's why UT Tyler has added a new touring option. Twilight tours are back!

Conventional tours are available Monday through Friday throughout the year. There is one available at 10 a.m. and another at 2 p.m. These times may not be convenient for some students that may have work or are from out of town and can't come to those times because they may be too early. This is where the twilight tours come in handy for students that need later times to visit the university.

These tours are available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. They will begin May 27 and will be available through July 31, with the exception of July 3. Visitors will be able to learn more about UT Tyler and the resources it offers presented by an admissions counselor. Visitors can also learn more information about admissions. The tour will be led by a current undergraduate student. This time of the day is usually when dinner takes place. Therefore; the university will provide those registered for the tour a FREE meal at the Metamorphosis Cafe on campus! How great is that? Now visitors will not only see our beautiful campus, but there will also be food provided!

The Welcome Center is part of the office of admissions helping prospective students by providing tours of the university and introducing them to the resources and information available to expand their knowledge of the university. Located in the administration building (#6 on the campus map), visitors can come check in for the tour.

Register for a twilight tour today!

There's also a virtual tour available if you're unable to come on campus for a visit!
