History Honors Organization (Phi Alpha Theta)

Recently one of my history major friends (yes we have friends) thought it would be a great idea to start a Phi Alpha Theta student organization here on campus. Phi Alpha Theta is a national honor society which recognizes excellence in the study of history. The organization would be open to those currently in Phi Alpha Theta while encouraging others to join earlier in college since most History students are not admitted until their last semester. So, if you are an incoming Freshman or current student don't hesitate to look into Phi Alpha Theta. It is a wonderful organization which can be used as a great asset when applying for graduate school.
