College myth: BUSTED!
Classroom sizes, that's something I dreaded moving to a bigger university from the tiny Jr. College I was already attending. In all the movies/shows/etc it shows these huge rooms with like a hundred students and 1 teacher drawing on a chalkboard, not fun little buddy. In fact, my very first class here had 100 students in it, biiiig class, but even with so many students the Teacher couldn't have been nicer, and actually learned quite a few of our names. And I don't think I've had a class since that one that had over 20 students in it. The teacher to student ratio here is awesome, really gives you a chance to build a relationship with your teachers. Not only does that help you with your schoolwork, but it also has the added benefit of creating a network through which you could pick up a possible job. A lot of the teachers here have friends in a lot of great organizations, and they're more than happy to send out a recommendation for you, I don't think I've had a teacher yet that was hard to get a hold of, makes school a lot easier.
