Graduation...

Well, ladies and gentlemen, the finals are upon you. Next Friday I am so excited to FINALLY graduate with my B.S. degree in sociology!!!! I am lucky to have family that wants to travel into town to see the ceremony as we all walk across the stage & accept our diplomas.

I joined Alpha Chi this past semester for my GPA & I am very pleased to be able to graduate with honors. I have just paid for my honor's cord today. It is green & blue & I suppose it is to be worn around the neck. :) I feel very accomplished.

After I graduate, I plan to hold my job here at the university's student call center until about July or so. I have accepted a teaching job in Japan that will begin sometime in July & I am very excited for this amazing opportunity. I couldn't have done this amazing feat without coming to school here & meeting people to lead me to the point I am at now in my life.
