Services @ any UT School !!

I have never been so disappointed in all the days that I have attended UT Tyler. I don't know if it was just a bad day to ask for service or if that's normal. Any how I can now say I totally understand what people go threw when dealing with the Financial Aid office. The people only tell you what you already know, and have no idea of answering any other question that your "myuttyler" can answer. I not only experienced some bad service here but away at another UT school. I am applying for Grad school at University of Texas Medical Branch for the Occupational Therapy school and they some how manage to have lost my required documents for admission. Man how crazy is that! They are always so quick to put you on hold forever it seems like and still can't help you.Its so much easier to handle business in person rather than over the phone. Well I suggest that you make copies of all your documents that are required and get a receipt from the mail service from who ever is receiving your documents. I know next time!

I hope no one else has to go through this it can definitely give you a headache. SOOOOO....


Here Are A Few Suggestions when dealing with school services...

• Remain Calm


• Have proof of documents that might help the process move smoother.


• Allow them to explain what you already know.... or what is needed.


• Still Remain calm


• Allow your self to retain all the info given and do your best to remain stress free.


• Hopefully you can walk away with answers or ways to receive answers.
