What a nice day? A beautiful, sunny (not too hot) with a moderate wind complemented by a Crawfish Boil here at UT Tyler. In my opinion today was the most alive and active day here at the Campus, by far! Everybody that attended the boil left the school’s patio with a smile on their face and a full stomach to go along with that. At the boil, was of course many of students and faculty, accompanied with crawfish, corn, potatoes, and along with something to drink to quench everybody's thirst. Also, 102.7 The Blaze (Tyler’s local hip hop radio station) was present and gave us the courtesy of listening to music while we were eating. And the best thing about all of this is…….you guessed it, it was all FREE!!!! The best word any college student can hear.
I would like to get feedback from anyone that is willing to share their experience or anyone that has an opinion about UT Tyler’s “Crawfish Boil”. Look forward to hearing your thoughts.
