You know, you would figure that I'd learn to NOT procrastinate. But somehow, I always manage to leave things until the bitter end. *laughs* This weekend I had TWO papers to write (which required me to read a book each), a study guide to start, a set of attendance sheets to digitize for the entire semester, and a game to plan (Me and some of my buddies are gonna play a D&D game this week). And, of course, I have work on Sunday nights. *sighs* There's pretty much no way that I'm gonna get all of that done. But that's okay. I've almost finished all of the stuff I need done for tomorrow, so that's a start.
On another note, finals week is approaching and you can definitely see it around campus. Students tend to get this half glazed, half terrified look on their faces. You know, kinda like semi-scary zombies. Anywho, remember that it is during the most difficult of times that we need to take the best care of ourselves. If you find that you're stressing way too much, you should contact our campus Wellness & Prevention/Student Counseling office. The fees for it are covered in your tuition, and they have licensed Professional Counselors you can talk to. So, take time to relax!
I hope you all have a great Finals season! *laughs*
PS: I heard the coolest quote the other day that kind of applies here. It is as follows: "Remember that Difficulty is the crucible of success". It kinda puts it all into perspective, doesn't it?
