Hey there gang, I thought I would show my revision to my diet plan, and it's going great so far I've lost like 2 pounds so I'm down to 142 ish. And I'm feeling great, the workout are going well and everything.
8 am:Oatmeal and Banana
10:30 am: peanut butter sandwich
12:30: Turkey sandwich
3:30 pm: Orange
8:00 pm: Pasta rice and chicken
10:00 pm: Yogurt
It's been working out really great so far!
