Dress to impress!

First impressions are a one time impact in your everyday life. There are those impressions you make on your new friends, co-workers or even potential love interests. You make such impressions with the way you talk, behave or treat others. But there is one fundamental aspect that goes forgone; dressing well.

There is nothing wrong with wearing active wear such as basketball shorts and a t-shirt. But when it becomes your staple outfit of choice every day, it may give off the wrong idea. There are times where you wake up and say “I am too tired, I’m just going to wear whatever is available,” so it happens. But you’re doing this because you don’t care about what you wear that day, so in turn, you give off the image that you didn't put the effort to look good. It’s ok if it happens once or twice per week, but you should definitely try another alternative so you look and feel great!

Tips for Cold Weather!

Warnings that the temperature would drop below freezing popped up.I was not prepared for such happenings. Aside from the ten billion jackets that occupy the space that was once the back seat of my car.
Luckily, I was gifted a emergency baskets of goodies and for some reason, my car started the next morning with no issue!

Alas, I will not tempt fate more than once!
I equipped my car with an overzealous amount of emergency gear that was inexpensive and at times plain silly.

With that preparation, I always read up on some tips to survive the weather. Thus I am now going to share some tips with ya'll:

-  DRESS IN LAYERS!
what not to do!

-  Check your car for any issues that will be affected by the weather.
Every vehicle requires a certain ratio of coolant to water, and your owner's manual or repair technician can explain what your engine needs. For most vehicles, a winter ratio is 60% coolant to 40% water. Adjusting this ratio is an important step in winterizing your car, so if you need help, ask someone who is experienced and knowledge.

- Drive safely! for what the weather permit!
Keep the speed demon inside of you on the down low!

If you have any other tips! add em' down below.

It is the final countdown!

We've merrily come back from our week off for Thanksgiving break and are now back into the daily grind. I've been reminded repeatedly today, WE HAVE THREE WEEKS left. So we've begun the final countdown to the end of this semester.

So, I'd like to embark some wisdom on how to handle the pressure and stay on track.
I don't know about anybody else but this week has barely started and it already feels like it's going to be a verryy looonnng week.

  1. Schedule time to sleep.
Studying as much as you can will lead to sleep deprivation. This will not help you in the end game. So study and sleep responsibly!
  2. Eat healthy food.
All the sugars you consume can take a toll on you. So add something nutritious to every meal in the following weeks to help your brain defeat the evil exams!
 3. Keep down your stress level
While you're juggling everything else. Don't forget to relax every once and while. Otherwise the stress might negativity effect you. I bought a new shooter game for my PS Vita and this will be my de-stresser and watching series after series on Netflix.

that's all the wisdom I can impart to ya'll for now.  Add some of your own tips if I've forgotten anything! much appreciated!
