For those of you who haven't heard yet, former president George W. Bush will be coming to speak at the Cowan Center on October 19th. President Bush will be dicussing his new book Decision Points, due out November 9th, as well as speaking on a variety of subjects.

While many people are quick to say negative things about the former president (I myself not being his largest fan), it seems like a shame to miss out on hearing one of our former leaders speak. If anything, you can have the experience of saying that you saw a former president (and who knows, maybe there will be a photo op?).

While public ticket sales have already begun, you can always check with the Cowan Center to see what is left. I'd also like to mention that any unsold tickets will go on sale the night of the lecture at a discounted price.
